 Is all I can say! The cake looked and tasted unbelievable. You really outdid yourself. I cant stop raving about this cake. My mother was sooo surprised, she even tried to pick it up at first. Every guest at the party was in awe of the cake, and everyone was able to take a piece home. I distributed all of your cards and even still telling people about you by mouth and showing your website. You will definitely be hearing from me again in the near future for another cake. If your carrot cake was this delicious, can't wait to try your Red Velvet cake (thats my favorite). I already told my boyfriend that I want one of your cakes for my b.day!

 Another compliment came from the restaurant owner/chef (Luigi) himself. "He stated that he makes carrot cake at the restaurant and he can never get it as moist as you did! She really did a great job, not only on the outside but inside as well."

The cake was the biggest hit - Eriks friends were taking pictures to show their parents and friends. They all went crazy when the people brought the cake out I wish I had taken a video so you could see the reaction your cake got. The restaurant people loved it and everyone was so afraid to cut it. it was so good! Loved the marble and vanilla together - fantastic! Thank you so much for all of the hard work you put into the Nike cake - it was just what we wanted.

"...I was just raving about the guitar cake the other day. Dave's sister was down here from Mammoth Lakes (a ski resort in the Sierras) where she owns a breakfast restaurant. She also does baked goods (cheesecakes, etc) for many of the restaurants in that town as well as doing many wedding cakes. My rave was that not only was it amazing to look at, but it really was probably close to the most amazing tasting cake I've ever had! The conversation went such that we all agreed that usually if it looks spectacular (like those cake shows on the food network), they usually don't taste that great...but you got an A+ from me on both!!!"
