Classes at A Cake In Time

Refund Policy: Should class be cancelled at the discretion of A Cake In Time, a full refund will be given. If you are unable to attend a class you may arrange to take the class on another date, if space allows. Students will recieve a full refund on class payments if cancelled in writing by the student at least two weeks before the start of class OR if we are able to fill your seat.

Deposit Policy For Cakes Ordered from A Cake In Time:

Placing a deposit for a cake confirms your agreement with the following:

1> Enter the date of your event. Click "Buy Now" button.

2> On the "Description" line on the next page, enter your cake theme ("sweet 16", "truck", etc!)

In the "Item Price" box, please enter the amount you are paying at this time, not the full cost of the cake.

Balances for all cakes are due in cash or check ONLY one week before delivery or pick up date unless other arrangements have been made.

NOTE: Please DO NOT pay the full amount due for your cake here without making prior arrangements with Sherry. (Additional fees apply.)

If a cancellation in writing is received more than two weeks prior to the promised delivery/pickup date, the deposit will be refunded, less $50 for service charges.

If a cancellation is received in writing less than two weeks prior to the promised delivery date, the deposit may be forfeited at the discretion of A Cake In Time.

The costs incurred for decorations or supplies purchased specifically for your order or credit card/PayPal fees charged will be deducted from any refund stated above.
