How To Frost A Cake – The Basics. Ages 10+
In this 2 hour class, you’ll learn how to frost, fill, and ice a cake smooth. Then we’ll teach you how to prepare an icing bag, familiarize you with an assortment of decorating tips and teach how to do simple yet pretty techniques such as shells, stars, stripes, ruffles, rosettes and writing. We provide all the supplies for use in class. Tools used are available for purchase at the end of class and you take home a cake! $55, 2 hours, ages 10 and up.
How To Cover A Cake with Fondant- The Basics Ages 10+
In this 2 hour class, you will learn how all you need to know about covering a cake with fondant. We will demo frosting a cake for that perfectly smooth surface, show you an assortment of tools to use to decorate your cake - then the hands-on fondant fun begins! Everyone goes home with a delicious cake. $95, Ages 12+ please.
Russian Tip Cupcake Decorating. Ages 10+
Learn to create beautiful Instagram-worthy cupcakes! Learn to make quick flowers with "Russian Tips". Learn the tips and tricks to filling a piping bag with multiple colors of buttercream and take home 6 beautiful cupcakes. $55, 1.5 hours. Ages 10 and up.
Gravity Defying Cakes - 2 Days - July 18 & 19
10am-12pm each day - must attend both sessions - $125
Participants will create their own gravity defying cake - and take home the internal structure to use over and over. We will be mixing and baking our cakes, then use buttercream, chocolate, fondant and candy to complete our designs.
Cupcake Decorating Camp - 5 sessions - Attend all or one! $45
Ages 9 and up- must be able to work independently
Every Friday in August 11am - 12:00pm
Each week we will explore different decorating techniques. Each participant takes home 6 cupcakes each session.
Creating a Two-Tiered Cake – for Kids Ages 10-14
This two-session class covers it all. Day 1 – We will bake the cakes, make the frosting and fill the cakes. We will also work on our designs. Day 2 – Fondant! We will cover the cakes with fondant, stack the cakes and use tons of tools to bring our cake designs to life. Each session lasts 2 hours. Junior chefs must be able to work independently. $85 for both sessions, recommended ages 10 -14. (The top cakes will be real, the bottom cakes will be dummies.)
No Bake Truffles and Cake Pops - Ages 9+
We will be making Oreo Truffles and Cake Pops. Everyone takes home as assortment of goodies and recipes. Approximately 1 hour. $45 Ages 9+
Butter Cream Cupcake Decorating – Ages 10+
Learn how to decorate cupcakes using an assortment of decorating tips - beautiful swirled tops, rosettes, multi-colored designs and fondant cutout accents. Everyone goes home with 6 cupcakes. $55, 1.5 hours.
Royal Icing Cookie Decorating. Ages 10+
A great introductory demo/class to discuss royal icing recipes, tools, tips and tricks. We’ll demonstrate coloring your icing, outlining, flooding and mixing patterns, then you get to try it yourself. Each participant takes home 8 cookies, an icing recipe and the skills to create your own at home. $55, 2 hours. Ages 10 and up.

Bake and Decorate Cupcakes
In this hands-on class, we invite our younger chefs, accompanied by an over 18 chef, to bake cupcakes from scratch and then decorate them with fun, winter-themed designs. $55 covers both participants. (Young chefs ages 9 and under only, please.) Class lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
